ExcelFin Acquisition Corp. is a newly incorporated blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Neither we, nor anyone on our behalf, has selected any business combination target or initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us.

We intend to focus our search on a U.S. domiciled Financial Technology (“FinTech”) company and will leverage our deep domain expertise, investing track record, and extensive networks in order to pursue a business combination with a high-quality growth-oriented company in the FinTech business-to-business (“B2B”) software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) sector. Our thesis-driven approach, disciplined investment criteria, and proprietary due diligence methodology, refined through our affiliate’s venture and late-stage growth investment platforms, will enable us to identify and evaluate prospective target partner businesses, and we expect to leverage our deep investment structuring and transaction experience to effectively negotiate and complete a business combination. Post-business combination, we plan to utilize our operating playbook to accelerate growth, improve operating metrics, and drive meaningful shareholder value.
